Fixings
Installation accessories are required to implement Wallspeed light panels in the building structure which are manufactured by the Wallspeed group to be accessible for employers and contractors. The accessories are divided into two categories: metal components and fittings. Metal components, hold panels like a frame, and perform the task of integrating, aligning, and balancing the walls. Metal component requires tools to be attached fully to the building structure to provide the integrated wall with safe and acceptable systemic behavior. Meeting these goals, tools and equipment such as structural screws , panel screws for gypsum and cement boards, foam insulation and nail-able plug are used.
Track is installed on the floor or ceiling and at the beginning or end of the walls in order to guide the installation of studs. Tracks can also be used as a frame in the horizontal sections of wall-openings, facility supports installation, as well as fixing auxiliary structure.

L profile, as its name implies, has a cross section similar to L. Width of fledge on both side is 40 mm with 0.6 mm thickness. L profile is used to hold panels at the top or bottom or one side of edges.

Cement Board Screw: This type of screw is used to install cement boards to Wallspeed
Plaster Board Screw: This type of screw is used to install plaster boards to Wallspeed. Screws are available in 25mm, 35mm, etc. to implement plaster board on Wallspeed with thickness of less than 0.8 mm.
Plaster Board Self-Drilling Screw: Available in 25mm, 35mm, etc. sizes, this type of screw is suitable for installing plaster board with thickness of more than 0.8 mm on Wallspeed
Panel Drywall Screws
These screws are used to fix galvanized sheets to each other (stud & L profile).
Sharp Point Drywall Screw : 9.5 mm size is applicable on sheets less than 0.7 mm thickness
Self-drilling Drywall Screw: 9.5 mm size is applicable on sheets with thickness more than 0.7 mm
Structure Drywall Screws
These fittings are used to fix Wallspeed panels to the ceiling , floor and walls of the main structure. In this case, the suitable type of fitting is selected according to the conditions of the project, the type of building structure, thickness of the sheets, and so on.

Insulation tape is made of polyethylene or silicone adhesives, which is applied to fill the gap between tracks and the gap in corner of ceiling and floor for sound insulation and also to prevent shock load. Polyethylene is also used to prevent moisture penetration from the mortar flooring to the lowest part of plaster board.
