Loading

_

Wallspeed load-bearing capacity depends on the type of final coating and suitable fittings. By finding the location of the structures (Studs) within every 30 cm of the partition, loading can be applied directly to the structures . Central core of Wallspeed panel can carry all the conventional cantilever loads. If loading is not performed on the studs, braces must be applied. Fittings must be applied on Wallspeed panels according to the weight & type of loads (installation of frames, clocks, toiletries, cabinets, etc.) and final coating.

Accessories for direct fixing on the plasterboard

_

Plastic Toggle

These types of toggles are used to connect shelves, cabinets, etc. on plaster boards. Maximum load capacity of this type of connection is between 25-40 kg per unit.

Plaster Board Anchors

Decorations such as photo frames, clocks, etc.,  are nailed   directly on plaster boards. Maximum load capacity of this type of connection is 15 kg per unit.

Gravity toggle bolt

Due to high load-bearing capacity, this type of anchor is suitable for installing cantilever loads such as toilet bowls, etc.

Butterfly Anchor

This type of toggles is similar to plastic toggles.

Spit Driva

These type of anchors is used in metal and plastic type for both mortar and plaster board coatings.

Conical Anchors

These types of anchors are produced in different size and usage. This anchors are used for walls with gypsum and cement mortars coating.

Nail

These types of anchors are produced in different types and sizes. Nails are used for direct loading on the final coating. Maximum load capacity of this type of anchor is 15 kg per unit.

These fixings are applied in conventional loading for common loads and unconventional loading for special loads . Load-bearing capacity of WallSpeed depends on the type of final coating and fixings. If you use plaster boards as the final coating, you can use a variety of fixings related to plaster board.

In WallSpeed panels with mortar coating such as gypsum, cement, tiling, etc., if the central core of the Wall can bear various type of conventional loads, loading can be applied on structures. However, if it is not possible to load on the structure, different types of anchors can be used for mortar systems.

Heavy Load Bearing: According to Drywall loading standards , loads more than 15 kg / m and less (or equal) than 150 kg / m on wall ( up to 30 cm away from center load) must be transfer to adjacent stud by auxiliary structure . Radiators, wall-mounted bathroom sinks and cabinets with unconventional materials (non-wood) are in this category.
